Generation LINK one-year staff opportunities are available to post-graduates who desire to contribute meaningfully to the ministries of the local church, be challenged through personal discipleship, and be trained theologically. Currently, these opportunities are available at the following places:

    • Mission: Equipping the Next Generation of Laborers to Impact Nations for the Kingdom

    Vision: To train and send out leaders who will impact nations for God's glory by being intentional disciple makers for life.

    Generation LINK is defined by its five distinctives:

    Ministry Experience: Use your specific gifts and passions to serve God to act as a catalyst for the ministry of the local church. Potential areas to serve are:

  • College Ministry
  • Student Ministry
  • Children's Ministry

  • Graphic / Web Design
  • Media
  • Men's/Women's Ministry
  • International Student Ministry

    • Theological Training: Earn up to 20 hours from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary through extension and equipping center classes.

    Inentional Discipleship: Be intentionally mentored by pastoral staff and have opportunities to share the gospel and invest in others.

    Leadership Development: Learn valuable leadership skills as you train for a lifetime of ministry.

    Gospel Community: Live, learn, serve, and have fun together as part of a staff team and the local church body.
